Up in the clouds
For two unforgettable years, I called the 18th floor of the A’DAM Toren home, managing A’DAM&Co., a buzzing club for 2,000 creatives with a team of 20 brilliant humans by my side. Together, we dreamed big, threw over 200 events (think: brilliant live music, thought-provoking art, and the occasional disco dance-off), and shaped a space that felt as inspiring as the view.

I juggled all the hats: team captain, budget whisperer, branding guardian, and event puppeteer. But mostly, I learned what it takes to lead with purpose, nurture creativity, and keep the vibes high.

Managing people, projects, and the odd chaotic moment, they’re all part of the gig. And honestly? I loved every minute of it.
